OCEAN KIANA

Ocean Cherneski

Ocean Kiana is an Indigenous-owned fashion brand founded by designer Ocean Cherneski, born from a deep passion for art, culture, and storytelling. Established in 2020, Ocean Kiana began as a small venture during the pandemic, selling t-shirts and sweaters adorned with Ocean's original artwork. Inspired by the enthusiastic response, Ocean evolved her brand, transforming it from casual printed apparel into a sophisticated line of Indigenous-inspired fashion.

Ocean Kiana now creates high-quality, culturally resonant pieces like ribbon pants and denim appliqué pants, all crafted in Canada and infused with Ojibway floral designs that honor Ocean's heritage and the Ojibway concept of "Wnizhsid"—meaning good, fine, useful, and beautiful.

The Ocean Denim Collection celebrates Ojibway femininity, softness, and cultural elegance through timeless denim designs. Embodying the grace of Ojibway women, it offers versatile, meaningful pieces that allow women to connect with their roots and embrace their heritage with confidence.

Adorned with vibrant Ojibway floral appliqué, each piece blends nature and tradition with a modern touch. Designed for comfort and wearability, the collection makes it easy for women to incorporate cultural pride into their everyday lives.

The Ocean Denim Collection invites women to embrace their identity and move with ease, joy, and a sense of belonging.
